  • Abstract
    In this paper a novel method for a potential range resolution improvement is proposed, based on the received signal oversampling and the mismatched filter design. In the synthesis of the mismatched filter with improved resolution an algorithm for maximal sidelobe suppression has been used. This idea can be applied in high resolution radar and sonar design.
