Abstract :
A novel all-optical serial-to-parallel conversion scheme for high-speed header recognition is proposed using surface-reflection all-optical switches. 400-Gb/s, 6-bit optical packet was converted to parallel slow electrical pulses with a contrast ratio of more than 10 dB.
