Overtaking pure diffusive equilibrium in the heterogenous optoelectronic structures

Uses the quasi-ideal model where, in essence, between the systems in diffusive contact, the particles of zero energy are moved what is in effect equivalent to conditions of second Fick´s law. We don´t take into consideration the energy of activation but only concentration of particles. On the basis of this analysis it is possible to increase reliability of the optoelectronic integrated circuit design.
