Abstract :
The voltage source, three phase, full bridge converter furnished with a sophisticated hysteresis current control loop can be in fundamental periodic state, in chaotic state and transition states between the two. After summarizing the background information, the paper highlights one of the transition states of the system, the period adding scenario. The iterated map technique presented offers some insight and explanation to the evolution of the period adding phenomenon.
