Abstract
The paper presents a method for surface target tracking using geographical WGS-84 coordinates instead of classical Cartesian coordinates. Use of geographical coordinates simplifies data generalization when more than one radar is used in command and control (CC) applications, and is very useful for airborne radars, when using the flat Cartesian coordinate system can introduce significant errors.
