Abstract :
For environmentally oriented business decision-making, the linear mixed integer optimisation model of the business process with included possibilities for an integrated approach to environmental management is presented. Using this model as a scenario in decision-making simulations, managers can recognize and evaluate the consequences of their decisions on business performance and on the environment. Further, the measures of resource efficiency, as important measures of eco-efficiency in practice, are developed using the presented optimisation model. Finally, some application results are presented with a practical case, and development possibilities are also introduced.
