  • Abstract
    Based on the investigation of the board effect on the bandwidth of integrated antennas for mobile phones a concept for a tripleband antenna suitable for GSM/DCS/PCS is developed. The antenna concept comprises a parasitic element to enlarge the bandwidth. The performance of the antenna is analyzed by means of numerical simulations based on the FDTD method.
