Abstract
Summary form only given. Simplified CDMA communication system functional model consists of information source-sink, source encoder-decoder, channel encoder-decoder with noise and interference in the communication channel. After source encoder (it can be a vocoder, ADPCM, delta-modulation (DM) or other) we have a data stream, which must be encoded by error-correcting codes (ECC) for correction of errors occurring during digital data transfer. Many ECC have been developed for the channel encoder and decoder, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. Two of the most common are convolutional codes (CC) and block codes (BCH, Reed-Solomon or other). Therefore, algorithms and programs for computer simulation of different types DM, delta-sigma modulation (DSM) and for studying of the digital channel signal structure are worked out. Additionally, the computer modelling of RS encoder/decoder with variable basic parameters is performed.
