Abstract :
A method for phase noise analysis of oscillators is proposed. The method is capable of making quantitative predictions about the phase noise for different types of oscillators. The key tool for phase noise analyze the impulse sensitivity function has been used. In our case it has been used to analyze a voltage controlled oscillator in 1760-1800 MHz.
