  • Abstract
With aid of the ToP/sup /spl copy// (Theory of Processes) apparatus, a novel modification of the DYVELOP/sup /spl copy// method is introduced. It serves for Product Life Cycle (PLC) Environmental Management of the real technology of Abrasive Water Jets (AWJ). The necessary phraseology, procedure, functions and variable /spl tau/ is discussed for PLC evaluation. Graphical set theory is the main mathematical instrument used. The principal objectives of the following environmental analysis of AWJ processes are the production, dissemination and use of the knowledge and technologies needed to design and develop AWJ processes and create conditions for the supply of a high quality, environmental and consumer-friendly recycling device which is competitive. As a consequence, the article proposes a project of an enforceable and reliable technological system: URrec/sup (R),/ Under-one-Roof recycling, including the design of a device for treating all AWJ process waste. AWJ process environmental integration, behavior and influence are tested and evaluated by means of process interactions, inputs, duration, outputs and consequences. The real economic savings for all European countries as a result of the massive introduction of URrec recycling devices are examined. The GACR Project 101/00/0890 is solved.
