Abstract
A useful and frequently used directive broadband antenna in both impedance and radiation pattern is a quasi log-periodic dipole antenna array. The authors discuss small log-periodic dipole arrays, having a total of up to 9 pairs of radiators. The properties, possibilities and limitations of such antennas are examined and the results are presented in the form of tables and general conclusions.
