Abstract
Fluctuations of the copolar signal at 11.6 GHz have been continuously recorded during 1981 and 1982, together with radiometry at 11.4 and 35 GHz. An event analysis shows that there is a definite correlation between the envelope of the fluctuations and the radiometric temperatures. The increase at 35 GHz may be of the order of several tens of degrees Kelvin, while that at 11.4 GHz is about five times smaller.
