Abstract
A CIF CMOS image sensor contains fundamental color signal processing functions on-chip. The analog line memory, which can be accessed twice, enables simple color-interpolation and other signal processing in a small chip. At 30 frames/s, the sensor consumes 20 mW at 3.0 V supply.
