  • Abstract
    The effect of heat treatment and coating on the magnetic loss of amorphous Fe/sub 80.5/B/sub 12/Si/sub 6.5/C/sub 1/ is described. The results indicate that the magnetic loss is affected by the surface layers containing oxidation and reduction components.
