Abstract :
The subband adaptive array (SBAA) has been realized as an efficient scheme for space-time signal processing since it has reduced computational load and can help to mitigate multipath fading. SBAA can be classified into SBAA with decimation and SBAA without decimation depending on the selection of the decimation rate. We focus on analysis of the performance of the SBAA with decimation under multipath fading conditions. The closed form of the optimal weight vector in subbands and the array outputs is derived first, and then the performance of the SBAA is illustrated by numerical results.
