  • Abstract
    The paper describes a fuzzy logic algorithm applying to an aerosol automatic confecting system to tune the parameters of the PID controller. The design method of fuzzy logic control is given. The main aim of the application is to enhance the stabilization and precision of the aerosol automatic confecting system. Simulations show that fuzzy PID control for such a system has better performance than the classical digital PID controller. The application of fuzzy logic control quality enhances the ability of on-line adjustment of PID parameters and the adaptability of the PID controller. The system has been used in industrial projects successfully, and the conclusion is confirmed by the improvement of quality of products.
