Abstract :
In this paper, the stability of the linear system: x˙i(t)=Σj=1mbijxj(t)+cijxj(t-τij) bij≥0, cij≥0, i=1,2···m is investigated by introducing the concept of α-bidiagonal dominance and, by using of the characteristics of the M-matrices, several new criteria are obtained.
