Abstract
In this paper, a mechanism of Chinese text filtering is proposed, which combines two analysis methods, top-down analysis (driven by expectation) with down-top analysis (driven by language), by analyzing and simulating human thought and behavior in manual filtering. Also, the traditional statistical method and syntax analysis of Chinese text are united by the mechanism. This technique can improve both efficiency and precision of the text filtering system.
