Abstract :
This paper introduces the knowledge of decision support system based on data warehouse, studies the framework of regional human resource management decision support system which is based on the technology of data warehouse. The data cube model is employed to construct the data warehouse in this system. The implementation technology of data disposal and operation in the decision support system under the B/S mode is also explored.
