Abstract
MEMS components are well suited for WDM transmission and switching systems. It offers many advantages that cannot be accomplished by other technologies. To be the leader in supplying MEMS components, one has to master MEMS device design and fabrication, high speed packaging and testing, electronics integration and software design.
