  • Abstract
    We have implemented a model that takes into account the effects of chromatic dispersion, amplified spontaneous emission noise, non-linear effects and intersymbol interference (ISI). The suggested approach applied to asynchronously sampled amplitude histograms, allow the assessment of the signals BER.
