Abstract
Traditional assumptions in defining business strategy have changed, leading to a need for more dynamic planning. With the role of technology varying from ´enabler´ to ´driver´ of the business strategy, business and technology strategies need be in close alignment. Both established and start-up companies need to adapt to this change in the planning paradigm.
