Abstract
In today´s competitive world, it is a great challenge to develop an effective technology strategy that can maximise the value of a company´s products or services and can realise that from the market. Achieving a high rate of acquisition and introduction of new technologies is not enough. The dynamics of market changes and technological changes requires a company to focus on its value propositions. Consequently, a company´s technology strategy must be aligned to its value proposition. This paper describes a model which assists a company to align its technology strategy to its value proposition.
