  • Abstract
The presentation: (1) presents and discusses scenarios that result in levels of uncertainties in measuring CO2 Emission Reduction Credits; (2) presents a Monte Carlo simulation to illustrate how the reduction in the uncertainties associated with each scenario will impact the uncertainty of the sum of the CO2 emission reduction credits; and (3) concludes with the need to attack the more sensitive measurement areas so as to improve the accuracy of the overall estimates based on the most recent information available on government, utility and private sector programs and initiatives.
