Abstract
The Wireless Networking Group (WING) at the Center for PersonKommunikation (Aalborg University, Denmark) has been developing an IP simulator framework (see Kock, B.A. et al., Proc. VTC 2001 Fall, 2001). The WING-IP simulator has been extended with an improved mobility structure. Now it is possible to add the Bluetooth protocols to the simulator and investigate the performance in various configurations. The paper gives the general structure of the framework of the WING-IP simulator and explains the implementation of the Bluetooth protocols in this framework. Simulation results are analysed and used to verify the implementation of the Bluetooth protocols.
