  • Abstract
    A timing detection scheme for multipath signals is proposed for wireless OFDM systems. The multipath signal timings are obtained in the process of suppressing the interference and obtaining the optimal weight vectors of an adaptive array antenna. The proposed multipath signal timing detection scheme can detect the multipath signals even with one sampling point timing delay. The optimal thresholds are given for various conditions and it is independent of the SNR.
