Abstract :
This paper proposes a behavioral simulation of a wideband, 1.25 MHz, six-order, two-path, double-sampled, bandpass, sigma-delta modulator at IF-frequency 40 MHz with 78 dB dynamic range in a 0.35 μm CMOS process.
