Abstract
Operators of mobile communication networks face the challenging task of maintaining a complex network with thousands of cells. It requires highly skilled troubleshooting engineers to avoid a situation where subscribers are not properly served. This paper presents a new method for automating the troubleshooting task, thereby freeing a large portion of resources for other purposes. The method is described in detail, and positive results from trials in a commercial network are presented.
