Abstract :
This paper describes major achievements on researching power network structure along with voltage-grading and district-dividing from the period of Hunan power network "the fifteenth planning" to the year 2010. It analyses existing characteristics and problems of Hunan power network, and puts forward the main principle of development strategy of the power network planning; based on every evolution of the power network from the period of "the fifteenth planning" to the year 2010, it carries out large quantities of calculation on power flow, stability and short-circuit, makes comparison and analysis on transmission capability, stabilization level and bus short-circuit capability of substation before and after opening 500/220 kV electromagnetic loops of the power network, gets deep and full understanding on rationality and insufficiency of the planned power network and puts forward the main engineering projects to be urgently carried out in the network construction during the period, the conditions for realizing the voltage-grading and district-dividing in the network and the specific measures to be implemented.
