Abstract :
Wideband measurements across the two frequency bands allocated for UMTS services have been carried out in the dense urban environment of Manchester city centre and in the suburbs of Manchester. The data were analysed to characterise the differences between both the two 60 MHz bands and for corresponding 5-MHz bands. Results of the individual bands and for the differences are presented from the small-scale to large-scale.
