Abstract :
In this paper we propose an algorithm for human running behaviour recognition. A novel motion feature is extracted. The human running cue is then computed by applying a Bayesian classifier Experimental results based on the Barcelona Olympic Games image sequences show the benefits of the proposed algorithm.
