Abstract :
This paper deals with new planing procedures of power systems after restructuring in Korea. Contents and procedure planing are shown. Counter-measures for demand/supply balance are discussed. Transmission network planing after restructuring is analysed. The directions that will be moved towards in making resource planning together with transmission network planning are suggested.
