Prof. Kuei-Shu Chang-Liao’s three-year appointment as Editor has come to an end. On behalf of IEEE ELECTRON DEVICE LETTERS staff and readers, I would like to thank him for his excellent contributions and dedicated service to the journal over the past three years.
