  • Abstract
    The electronic integration of chemical gas sensors needs a proper design taking into account both the dynamics of the gas-polymer interactions and also the dynamics of the electronic circuits. This link can be assured by optical means. The electrical CAD must comprise the physical adsorption model, optoelectronic devices and classical microelectronics.
