Abstract :
The periodic dielectric layered structure is considered in the case when at the interface between layers with high and low value of refractive index the full internal reflection takes place. The possibility of using the coupled oscillation model (circuit model) for the description of the layered structure is shown. The considered model gives the possibility to make an approximate analysis of various multilayered structures and develop new multilayer films.
