Abstract :
A high performance low voltage current conveyor III, which can operate at ±1.0 V, is presented. The proposed CCIII has a bandwidth of 250 MHz for current transfer and 400 MHz for voltage transfer. The power dissipation is 3 mW. The application of this circuit as a current sensor has also been explored.
