    I dedicate this personality profile to our current Region 10 (India) Membership Coordinator, Dr. Bandaru Subbarao. If you live outside of India, it might be that you do not know his name or might even have not heard anything about him, but I am sure this will change soon. As Dr. Subbarao is very active in the Society of EMC Engineers, India [SEMCEI], he is well known in the Indian EMC community.
