Update on EMC Society sponsored standards

The reporting of our EMC Society standards activity will take a new tact in this article and the ones in future editions of the magazine. Rather than simply give a listing of the status of our standards and who is the WG chair, we will be focusing on new work that is being started on topics that have been brought to our attention in the past months. One source is discussions at the annual EMC symposium while other sources sometimes come straight from recent news and investigations that affect EMC application.
