Abstract
Summary form only given. We present measurements of the coherence of extreme ultraviolet (EUV) light generated using the process of high-harmonic upconversion (HHG) of light from a femtosecond laser and demonstrate coherent imaging applications for this unique source. When HHG is generated in a phase-matched hollow-fiber geometry, the EUV light generated exhibits the highest inherent spatial coherence of any source in this region of the spectrum to date.
