Execution is a discipline

WHILE Bossidy and Charan direct their book toward executives, I suggest that it applies equally to us as managers, technology professionals and the professionals in other disciplines who ultimately determine organizational sustainability. While the CEO may have ultimate responsibility for organizational performance, the execution depends on us as managers and the group of professional specialists in all disciplines.
