Abstract :
The results of experimental studies of changes in the spectral characteristics of aquatic plants (Elodea Brazilian, Egeria densa) under the influence of synthetic active substances, agricultural fertilizers and heavy metals were presented. The studies were conducted using methods of Raman spectroscopy and confocal fluorescence microscopy. A feature of Raman spectrum under the pollutant influence has been established experimentally. Major changes were recorded at 740 and 1522 cm-1, responsible for C=C deformation vibrations of chlorophyll and carotenoid. Microscopically shown that the degradation of chlorophyll occurs in the presence of pollutants. Optical coefficient that determines the impact of pollutants on plants, was introduced.
