  • Abstract
    In this paper, we analyze the performances of wireless sensor networks in hierarchical protocols LEACH, LEACH-C and PEGASIS in terms of energy dissipation, throughput, packet delivery ratio (PDR) as a function of the nodes density and base station location by using the NS2 simulator. Also, we discuss the effect of the varying node density for each position of a base station in the sensor filed on this metric parameters.
