Abstract
This paper describes the application of a super resolution algorithm to data collected in an ocean acoustic tomography experiment. In addition, the algorithm was modified in order to optimize its´ performance. Our results indicate that the modified algorithm can be successfully applied to the acoustic tomography data. For a typical transfer function we have been able to achieve an increase in the resolution of the deconvolved function of a factor of 4 down to signal-to-noise ratios of 8:1.
