Abstract :
Conventional signal sampling is with uniform time-step, variable amplitude. This paper considers level-crossing samples, in which the amplitude is uniform and the time-step is variable. Time-varying spectral observer techniques are applied to the problem of determining the spectrum of a suitably bandlimited signal from its level-crossings.
