Abstract :
The signals coherent subtraction mode in the synchronized Gunn diode oscillator is theoretically described and experimentally investigated. We have detected high sensitivity of the investigated operation mode to the change of Gunn diode natural frequency and oscillation power. Coherent subtraction mode can be used in semiconductor synchronized microwave oscillators for the high-precise indication of parameters of objects being placed in the resonator system of the oscillator.
