Abstract :
The results of the experimental investigation of cold metallic cathodes activated by barium are presented. It is shown that barium-activated cold cathodes made of molybdenum alloy and 47% rhenium (MR-47) with 20 /spl mu/m thickness may be used in pulse oscillator devices.
