  • Abstract
    The technique of microwave parameters determination of substances based on application of high Q "whispering gallery" oscillations in a quasi-optical spherical resonator is reviewed. The dielectric permittivity values of isotropic quartz and transformer oil in the eight-millimeter wavelength band are obtained.
