Mining association rule oriented data cube and its application

The data warehouses oriented data mining is one of the hot studies in the data mining field, which can improve the mining efficiency, and simplify the mining process. At present some effective platforms for mining have been proposed, but those are versatile and are not aimed at the characteristic of a particular mining task, and thus restrict the mining efficiency. For the question of mining association rules, we present a model of a mining association rule oriented data cube through analyzing the characteristic of the mining association rule and OLAP. The model has been proved correct and feasible by analyzing an application example.
