Abstract :
The successful implementation of business process reengineering (BPR) requires beforehand quantitative analysis about the effectiveness and efficiency after reengineering so that the reengineering risk can be prevented. In this paper, a quantitative analysis framework is outlined for BPR that integrates quality function deployment (QFD), activity based evaluation (ABE), evaluation-based business process assignment (EBPA), and multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM).
