Abstract :
The specific characteristics of a special machine requires the elaboration of particular specifications in which the principal expresses his needs. He realizes this stage without any definite methodology. In reply, the consulted supplier strive to satisfy this need through his proposal. It must reach the objectives of the principal in term of performances, costs, delays and quality. The proposed methodology allows to define a strategy of elaboration and mastering of the specifications. It assists the principal in the formalization of its initial needs and to help the supplier to translate this need and to analyze the critical aspects associated in order to set up an action plan allowing to decrease the risks while permitting more flexibility in satisfying the customer´s requirements.
